The National Cancer Control Foundation was established in 10/19/2003 . It is a charity and a national non-profit organization with legal personality and is financially independent.

 The foundation practices its activities and powers on a national charity basis in accordance with the procedures set forth in its establishment of corporation according to the principles

of the Constitution and the laws in force in the Republic of Yemen.
